How we do it
The manufacturing recipes at Saturn International involves production planning starting from material selection as per customer’s shared drawings that goes to fabrication and metalworking process cycle like material testing and inspections, machining using CNC to cut and shape material, keyway, hardening, grinding, plating having considered certain factors like strength, accuracy, consistency and efficiency in the total process as per fixtures/ prototyping done and it eventually goes to stamping, packing and dispatch.
For certain processes like heating, plating, colouring, packaging etc, we have selected vendors who do the jobs on priority with total accuracy to ensure timeline is met.
